There's a specific flavor of embarrassing where a non-Japanese person picks a Japanese word for their brand because it "sounds cool."

I'm aware I'm walking very close to that line.

Here's my defense: the word actually means the thing.

Tenkan means turning point. It also happens to describe exactly what most businesses need before they'll ever actually scale.

More is usually the problem, not the answer.

Most marketing stacks we inherit have too many funnels, too many offers, too many emails, too many moving pieces. Half of it is there because someone read a blog post in 2022. Killing the dead weight almost always beats adding something new.
